Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at L.E. college(diploma), Morbi. Mechanical Engineering department was established in 1951.The department offers Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60 intake capacity in both shifts. The department has highly qualified faculties.

VISION:

To create knowledge oriented and professionally skilled mechanical engineers to meet constant changing needs of industry having social and environmental concern.

MISSION:

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSOs):
PSO1: Diploma mechanical engineering students gain adequate theoretical and practical knowledge and skill (background) of mechanical engineering that make them employable and capable of applying it for solving real-time problems.

PSO2: Diploma mechanical engineering students will be able to work in process and manufacturing industry in the area of operation, maintenance and simple component design.
